Here's what you'll see when you get to the Contact Us page:
You'll be asked to select a category on the left, such as Preparing My Return, then click on a topic on the right, such as Personal Info, that best describes your situation.
Once you make that selection, click on the link for help with either the TurboTax product or help with tax rules.
